Crushing and Screening

Turning natural resources and C & D waste into usable, viable products.

Recycled Aggregates

Here at Brianplant we believe in reusing and recycling. It is with this in mind that we transport and transform waste materials from construction and demolition and process it into desirable products.
A PT400RX jaw crusher is the driving force behind our crushing process, with its 1100 x 700mm feed opening and 1000mm product conveyor, we are able to process large quantities of raw product.
We also have an on board dust suppression system which correlates to our daily crusher environmental checks to ensure air pollution and hazards are kept to a minimum.
Complementing our crusher we have a variety of screens, including scalping screens and box screens. By altering the mesh size within our screens we are able to refine our production process to produce a variety of different aggregate grades.
We are able to provide a range of Crusher Run and Clean recycled aggregates to suit your requirements.

Recycled Topsoil

We currently produce two grades of topsoil, a standard recycled topsoil and a certified topsoil.
Our standard recycled topsoil has been through our screen once and is predominantly used for building up levels.
Our certified topsoil is a British Standard topsoil which has been screened multiple times and is used by a wide variety of landscape gardeners.

Quarried Limestone

Our site at Kirton Lindsey is where our Limestone Quarry resides. With our machinery on site we open the face of the quarry and extract the material from within.
Once extracted the process of crushing and screening the limestone is the same as with the recycled aggregates, through these processes we can again produce in a variety of sizes both crusher run, and clean products.
